Roselanes Quotation

Booking Confirmation. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A signed agreement and advance payment are required to confirm the booking. Dates are reserved only upon receipt of payment.

Payment Schedule. A non-refundable booking advance is due at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days before the event date.

Cancellation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a partial refund, excluding the booking advance. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

Rescheduling. One complimentary reschedule is permitted, subject to availability, if requested at least 14 days before the event. Additional rescheduling may attract a fee.

Copyright. All images and video content remain the intellectual property of Roselanes by jeev. The client receives a personal-use licence upon full payment. Commercial use requires written consent.

Equipment & Access. The client agrees to ensure safe and reasonable access to all event venues. Roselanes by jeev is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venue management.

Drone Operations. Aerial photography is subject to local regulations and weather conditions. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel drone sessions if conditions are deemed unsafe or legally restricted.

Data & Backups. All raw files are retained by Roselanes by jeev for 60 days post-delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee availability of original files. Clients are encouraged to back up all delivered content promptly.

Force Majeure. In the event of circumstances beyond our control (illness, natural disaster, etc.), we will make every effort to arrange an equally qualified substitute photographer or videographer.
